"out of sight, out of mind, out of conversation"
Today’s post was inspired by a webinar I participated in this morning. The title of this particular presentation was “The Rise of the Social Consumer” and the speaker was Brian Solls. A good point was made that in this ever expanding new frontier we call social media, it becomes important for businesses to move beyond using social media as merely for marketing and PR purposes....
